Thank you to everyone who made this happen, lots of flowers and cakes coming your way.
Here I show you how to make a simple paste, that can be used to spice up any dish. I have used it as a marinade on the chicken, and accompanied the dish with scented rice.

When all the ingredients are in the curry, simmer for 15 minutes.

Apart from that, all you have to do is buy the following and watch.

Shopping List:

100g garlic cloves (2 bulbs)
100g green chilli's (tops off)
100g ginger (peeled and chopped)
Vegetable oil (1 tbsp in each pot for rice and chicken)
4 large chicken breasts
Chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Garam masala powder
Sea salt
1 can of chopped tomatoes
200g chopped fresh spinach
400g basmati rice
Bay leafs
Cardamom pods
Cloves
Fresh Coriander

⤵ Might re consider wearing stripes on the top half.
No plastic bags.
Sort out my hair.

Let me know if you try the dish, and don't forget to play Mark Ronson with it, this makes cooking more enjoyable!

I am travelling for the rest of this month around India, I figured it's time to get inspired, taste more and experience another city.

Keep cooking and coming to the blog for recipe's, or maybe a bit of light reading.

Big love to you all.
