Tuna Sun Dried


Boil spaghetti

Then in a mini blender:

4 sun dried tomatoes
half teaspoon tapenade
20g sunflower seeds
1tbsp olive oil

When spaghetti nearly done throw in some broccoli.

Watch out for splash back.

Drain and leave in pot.

Drain one can of tuna chunks and mix the paste in this.

Add to spaghetti and serve immediately.

Your eyes will not leave the plate because it's so delicious :)
