The following will serve a party of 5-8.
Organic Sausages (6)
Raw King Prawns (15)
Green Thai Paste (1tsp)
Rocket
Ketchup
Smoked Mackerel (4 fillets)
125ml Whipping Cream
100g Philadelphia low fat cream cheese
Maldon Salt
Black Pepper
Lemon Juice
Chilli Powder
Chestnut Mushrooms chopped (8)
Large Heart Cookie Cutter
Multigrain Bread
Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
Cucumber
: Cut out heart shapes from bread, I had a little helper :)
: Fry the prawns and add 1 tsp thai paste, after they are done set aside
: Fry the mushrooms, set aside
: Fry the sausages
: Take the skin off the mackerel and flake into a mixing bowl
+ season with salt and pepper
+ whipping cream
+ cream cheese
+ 2 tsp lemon juice
: Lay rocket on each heart and add the toppings
: Sausage and ketchup
:Mushroom and Thai sweet chilli
: Mackerel with cucumber
:Thai prawns
9 Use the leftover bread and blend into crumbs or feed the birds.
