Good morning
It's going to be a day full of interesting blogs that have been on my mind this week.
This mornings sandwich was wierd but it tasted so good.
big bread
delphi avocado and houmous dip
2 eggs fried together with tiny bit of veg oil
half handful of rocket, spinach and watercress salad
bit of ketchup
spread avocado and houmous on bread.
add eggs
salad
ketchup
