SSS Salmon



Spicy:


Salmon


2 teaspoons fine red chilli flakes


half teaspoon of turmeric


1 tablespoon vegetable oil


rub in and put in fridge


Sweet:


roasted parsnips with Olive oil and tarragon


Savoury:


mashed potatoes with 1 dessertspoon of cream


coriander


1 clove of crushed garlic




The parsnips take the longest so get them in the oven first.


Marinate salmon


start on mash


once parsnips are done take salmon out the fridge and into the oven for no longer than 10 minutes. Mine took about 7 minutes, but I know hardly anyone has time to be accurate you would just break off a piece to check!


Drizzle the oil from tray on the mash and enjoy.
