I burnt the Christmas cake.
Going to go for a walk, buy some more butter and then try again.
It must have been left in there for too long, and I got over excited and added so many dried fruits.
I should keep it simple.
Anyway I will not give up, and there will be another cake in PT2 that will be brown and beautiful.
